I’m a hospitality and aviation operations leader with nearly a decade of experience driving exceptional client experiences, building high-performing teams, and streamlining operations across luxury travel and resort industries.Currently, I serve as Director of Shared Flights at Slate Aviation (formerly XO/JetSmarter), where I lead teams managing complex flight operations, vendor partnerships, and customer experience for a global client base. My work has included- Overseeing teams across multiple departments and vendors to ensure seamless operations- Developing training programs, SOPs, and performance metrics that drive efficiency and service reliability- Playing a key role in the JetSmarter → XO → Slate mergers, ensuring smooth integration for both employees and clients.Prior to Slate, I gained leadership experience at MGM Resorts International and Mandalay Bay, where I managed large teams, oversaw payroll for 1,700+ employees, and rotated through multiple hospitality operations in MGM’s prestigious Management Associate Program.My career started in hospitality internships at luxury resorts, where I learned the foundations of guest service, cross-functional operations, and international client care.I’m passionate about creating exceptional guest and client experiences, developing people through coaching and mentorship, and building scalable processes that improve both customer satisfaction and operational results.
