Work in a matrix org. primarily supporting strategic research for Growth, Core Experience and Offroading app.Led participant interviews for a first ever foundational onboarding study. Invited PM, design and dev to observe and learn directly from participants. Quickly surfaced a reoccurring theme that the location sharing screen didn\'t follow user expectations or mental models resulting in a quick experiment for swapping screens in the onboarding flow. Team immediately saw impact with wins across all 3 apps: Hunt saw a 2.25% lift in conversion, Offroad 5.51% lift and 8.3% lift in Backcountry.
