20+ years of supply chain, operations and consulting experience. As it (finally) becomes clear to everyone that Supply Chain deployment is critical to organisations\' performance AND resilience, I look forward to the next 20 years accompanying international industrial and distribution organisations face the challenges brought by the new VUCAL normal #Value Chain Risk Management#Circular business models design, operation and scaling#Resilient Operations and PCA#AI and digitalizationMy years of experience convinced me that human orientation is even more important than the sound technical expertise, even with very well oiled IT system and AI agents, especially to go circular.So as a consultant, I think one needs a real human empathy, and the paramount desire to change peoples\' everyday work for the best, and the little spark of madness to want to change the world, and not just do what customers want to hear.What we need is a cultural transformation. I aim at participating in this dynamic by mixing - Technical expertise (end-to-end operations on my favored topics, circularity (top Rs), Business design, End to end Supply-Chain & planning Demand Driven & TOC & Lean - note that these are systemic approaches)- Pedagogical tools expertise for a smarter and more sustainable knowledge sharing (sensibilisation seminars, training, coaching, serious gaming)- Human support to Change Management, and sensitivity to individual expectations.Renault, Peugeot, Safran, Airbus, Dior, Givenchy, Kenzo, LVMH, Radiall, Manitou, Carrefour, Fnac, bioMérieux and many, many other customers in several verticals
