ABOUT ANAINA CHERAL AKHILESH

I am a multifaceted professional with a business and communication background specializing in International Business and a strong interest in Strategic and Relationship Building. My skill set encompasses marketing management, management, finance, project management, social media management, hospitality and academic mentoring. As an International Business postgraduate I have honed my skills in Marketing Management, Global Corporate Strategy, Finance etc through various case studies and simulation activities. My academic reserach focused on \'The Influence of Artificial Intelligence on Customer Experience\'. My Bachelors Degree in Functional English equipped me with strong grip on critical thinking, problem solving and understanding of modern media. During my internship with the District Administration of Kozhikode as a Project Intern, I had the privilege of working on high-impact government projects that was nominated for the National Award. My role involved effective communication, stakeholder management, social media management, crisis handling, and successful fundraising efforts. Notably, I played an important role in increasing the engagement and reach of the official social media accounts by devising and implementing effective social media strategies and creating original content. I have been instrumental in data collection and publishing of two important reports. With over a year of experince in the hospitality industry by working with reputed institutions including the Liverpool Football Club and Tim Hortons in diverse roles, I have mastered the skills of accuracy, attention to details, customer service, relationship building and much more. Further I have supported students on thier educational journeys and helped them achieve thier academic goals as an Academic Mentor turned Mentor Lead at iLAB. This also underlines my strong commitment to community welfare. I maximized student volunteer engagement through effective communication and community building in the underdeveloped areas of Kerala, India I am currently looking for entry level full-time positions in communications/ marketing/ public relations/ management roles in private and public institutions.
