As a realtor in the Ottawa area, I have dedicated a large part of my business to helping seniors and their families when they are ready to downsize. It can be a pretty stressful time for both my clients, and their families as they try to navigate the process, often on their own. I am there for the entire process including: helping clients assess the value of their home, suggesting ways in which they can increase the value of their home, staging it, the listing and selling process to helping them find their new home, be that a smaller property, condo, or retirement residence.Besides offering my services as a Realtor, I also provide my clients with peace of mind by working with a group of diverse and critical services that my clients may need along the way. Everything from lawyers, financial advisors, estate and tax lawyers, painters, stagers, movers, art dealers, retirement residence experts, etc. The list is long and varied. By being able to provide this level of service, my goal is to ensure that my clients have all the information they need so that when they are ready to make their decision, they are making the best decision possible.
