ABOUT ANA COLLITON
I am currently working at Oak Ridge National Lab as a SULI Engineering Researcher. I have been accepted to and will be attending Northwestern University to obtain a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering starting in the Fall of 2026. I am a recent graduate of at St. Olaf College, where I earned a Bachelors Degree of Arts in both Physics (with distinction) and Mathematics, and with a minor in Engineering Studies (with distinction). Because of my fascination with how the world works, I have been working in research labs since the fall of 2022 - exploring the unknowns within the materials science, engineering, and physics world. When not at school or work, I enjoy spending time with family and my dog, relaxing with a good book, or working on a crochet project. I am always open to opportunities that will advance my education, enhance my research skills, expand my professional background, and allow for connections and networking.
