   Assistant Manager – Planning & Control (Specific Dimension)Allianz Partners | Finance Factory – Budget Rebilling & SupportAs part of the Planning & Control – Specific Dimension team within Allianz Partners’ Finance Factory, I support the financial management and cost control processes for a designated geographical region and its business units. My role focuses on ensuring accuracy and transparency in cost allocation, variance analysis, and intercompany rebilling activities, in close collaboration with onshore and offshore finance teams.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct monthly cost variance analysis against plan and trends to support the onshore financial management team in identifying and explaining deviations.•Coordinate between the onshore Finance team and offshore Cost Allocation team to ensure timely and accurate assignment of costs to the relevant Lines of Business.•Provide financial inputs for rebilling processes, including intercompany cost allocations with markup and applicable taxes, for accounting teams to process.•Support the preparation of regional and global consolidated reports, contributing inputs for total business volume and operating profit trend analyses.•Extract and validate financial data from SAP, Power BI, and SAC systems for reporting and analysis purposes.•Collaborate with Rebilling and Cost Allocation teams to ensure management fees and shared expenses are accurately booked for the assigned countries.•Maintain close coordination with onshore Finance Directors and Controllers to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with global standards.•Ensure high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all deliverables.•Assist in fact-finding exercises to investigate and correct data discrepancies in financial reports.
