Hello! I\'m Anagha. I am an Aerospace Engineer with 5+ years of experience, across Systems Engineering and Open Innovation at Collins Aerospace, an RTX Business. In my current role, I work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and collaboration — partnering with internal innovators, universities, and deep tech startups to identify, de-risk, and integrate breakthrough technologies into future aerospace platforms.My background in systems engineering allows me to assess technical feasibility, while my innovation role enables me to think strategically about technology commercialization and long-term value creation.I am passionate about increasing diverse representation of underrepresented people in STEM Fields. Aligning with this, I have led several STEM-focused CSR initiatives and started the Pride ERG at Collins India, where I served as Co-Chair.Apart from work, I love solo travelling, scuba diving, hiking, running and experiencing different cultures.

Source and evaluate breakthrough technologies across internal teams, startups, and universities to accelerate Collins and RTX Technology Roadmaps. 2.Design and manage internal technology investment processes, enabling structured evaluation, prioritization, and capital allocation decisions. 3.Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and ecosystem partners to expand external innovation channels.4. Conduct technical and commercial due diligence on early-stage deep-tech ventures and structure proof-of-concept collaborations to de-risk adoption.
