Specializing in EMEA region, I create and manage around 20 to 25 employee contracts each month using Workday, making sure everything is accurate and follows company policies. I also handle 30 to 35 background checks every month, verifying employment and education details through Workday and tracking progress with Excel.In addition, I coordinate reference checks to help ensure we’re making well-informed hiring decisions. I keep detailed records and use Excel to improve how we track and report on these processes, which helps the team stay organized and efficient.I actively participate in process transition discussions to facilitate smooth handovers from international to local teams and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. I also develop clear, detailed process flow documentation for these transitioned processes to support consistency and ongoing improvements.
