ABOUT ANADI SAHU

Hi, I\'m Anadi Sahu. Three years into a BBA LLB at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak, and I\'ve successfully convinced myself that studying both law and business simultaneously was, in fact, a great idea.What started as a curiosity about how businesses operate gradually pulled me toward Insolvency & Restructuring, Corporate Law, and Banking & Finance. These aren\'t just subjects I study, they\'re areas I actively follow, read about, and think through. The way insolvency law steps in when a company hits a wall, how restructuring frameworks try to balance creditor rights with business revival, and how banking & finance law governs some of the most consequential transactions in the market, that intersection of law and real economic stakes is what keeps me engaged.Over the past three years, I\'ve tried to move beyond textbooks, through internships, legal research, and conversations with practitioners who\'ve actually been in the room when these deals and disputes unfold. Each experience has added a layer to how I read and approach legal problems.I\'m always looking to connect with professionals in law, finance, and policy, whether to learn, exchange perspectives, or simply have a good conversation about where the law is headed.Feel free to reach out!
