Working as a senior consultant in SuccessFactors projects implementations for a number of clients, below are some of my main responsibilities and achievements- Implementing the full SuccessFactors suite for a large multinational manufacturing company in the chemicals industry, I have worked on many streams including: Time Management, Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation and Reporting. Currently working as the stream lead for the Authorisations and Permissions, coordinating with the entire team a single approach for the access management strategy- Provided service delivery to a large food manufacturing UK company across all modules, including instance refreshes, release enhancements strategy, facilitating the integrations with 3rd parties work, and implementing ad hoc enhancements and features- Innovation: Led the development of a strategic project for our company to create a product to support data migration from other systems to SAP SF- Innovation: continuously working towards improving our internal demo instances to ensure the system is fit for purpose to achieve our commercial goals.
