Creating and managing the Functional Analysis Diagrams for flu vaccine operations. This design document summarizes interactions between the systems: MES, PCS, and PLC. • Automation SME for the Clarification System (Downstream process of the flu vaccine production): Performing equipment design reviews to ensure the design meets I&C and automation requirements; Creating Automation Functional Specifications; Performing Software Factory Acceptance Testing; Performing Integrated Factory Acceptance Testing; Supporting Process Engineering, Operations, C&Q, Metrology, Reliability and Quality in diverse project deliverables for the system; Supporting I&C installation for the system. • Coordinating and executing the requirements for integration of DeltaV with MES (PAS-X). • Coordinating the controls strategies for 12 Temperature Controls Units, which provides cooling/heating for process equipment in the flu vaccine operations. • Leading the Environment Monitoring System (+800 GxP monitoring points) integration for the flu vaccine facility.
