The Hospital opened on February 3, 1920, with 20 beds, a small nursery, a small operating room, and a portable x-ray machine used only for fractures. Today, our Diagnostic Imaging department offers a range of services, with my personal commitment to providing top-notch breast imaging care. We are the exclusive provider of Computed Tomography in Haldimand County. Since its inception, Haldimand War Memorial Hospital has remained dedicated to delivering the highest quality care to its residents. Despite numerous changes over the years, our dedication to this mission remains steadfast: Delivering the best care to every individual, every time.
