ABOUT ANABEL BUTLER
What\'s it like working with me? I\'m open, curious and non-judgmental. Every role I take on is about making things better for vulnerable people and challenging the state, institutions or businesses to be better. Solidarity, integrity and justice are very important values to me. Ten years of experience working in a broad range of third sector organisations means I have great all round skills to support NGOs and charities such as policy and research, bid writing, project development, strategic planning, governance, communications as well as more specific thematic knowledge in immigration and asylum, domestic violence, human rights and diversity and inclusion. I have a legal background in International and European law, with a particular interest in gender and the law. I have complemented this with basic counselling skills in transpersonal therapy, feminist therapeutic practice and feminist theory.
