ABOUT ANABEL BRAZIEL
I am a recent J.D. graduate of Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where I earned two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. I also serve as a site monitor with the TVA Thousand Eyes Program, helping to preserve and protect Native American heritage sites. Prior to law school, I graduated as a Frances Winship Walters Scholar from Agnes Scott College, earning a B.S. in Neuroscience and English (Creative Writing), with a leadership specialization. My academic background bridges the sciences, arts, and humanities — equipping me with a broad, interdisciplinary perspective I bring to every endeavor. Further, I am the owner of Bend of the River Books (bendoftheriverbooks.etsy.com). I also work part-time as a sales associate at Myrilla, curating a refined luxury shopping experience through high-end brands, thoughtful merchandising, and community engagement. In addition, I assist Hodgepodge Antiques with estate sales, focusing on pricing antique books and ensuring efficient, well-organized sales. Outside of work, I am an avid antique book collector, preservationist, golfer, pianist, and sewer. I am passionate about lifelong learning and service.I welcome opportunities to connect: a•••••••@samford.edu
