I’m Anaam VC, an HR, Learning & Development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion professional. My work sits at the intersection of people development, responsible leadership & business, organisational psychology, and workplace wellbeing.I focus on building inclusive, high-trust environments where individuals and teams can learn, lead, and perform sustainably. My core expertise spans L&D strategy, DEI design, HR systems, performance management, and leadership development — with a strong emphasis on responsible leadership and emotionally intelligent cultures.Alongside my mainstream work, I explore themes of sexual health, kink and sexuality studies, and relational dynamics — examining how power, consent, and communication shape both workplaces and personal spaces. I’m also engaged in content creation, social impact work, and creative expression.Beyond work, I’m drawn to reading, dance, poetry, romantic literature, and cooking.
