LandSure Systems Ltd. is a subsidiary of the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA), delivering technology solutions that support BC’s land title and survey systems.Product Designer responsible for end-to-end user experience, content, and interface design for BC Property Connect, a new LTSA digital product. Partner closely with product, delivery, and development teams to shape the product from discovery through delivery.Key Contributions:• Own the end-to-end design of BC Property Connect, including content design, user research, UX, and UI• Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and discovery sessions to understand user needs and validate product direction• Translate research insights into information architecture, user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes• Lead content design, ensuring clear, plain-language, and accessible copy aligned with user needs and government standards• Design high-fidelity UI in Figma, using components, tokens, and auto-layout to maintain consistency across the product• Apply WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards throughout content and interface design• Collaborate daily with product managers, product owners, developers, and QA in Agile delivery cycles• Use and contribute to the Angular Material–based design system, identifying gaps and proposing new components as the product evolves• Support implementation by providing clear design specs, documentation, and developer handoff using Figma Dev Mode, Jira, Confluence, and Storybook• Iterate on designs based on usability feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input• Present design decisions and user insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders, advocating for user-centered and reusable solutions• Act as the design voice for a new product, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals and branding
