I work at the intersection of localization strategy, content, and language solutions in tech, enabling products to scale and resonate across global markets.With 8 years of experience in global content management and 5 years in agile leadership, I build balanced systems that combine human expertise, automation, and AI to deliver strategic impact at scale.I have built and evolved the localization function at SumUp, designing operating models and language technologies that support multiple organizational setups - from country-focused and pan-EU marketing structures to global marketing organizations, as well as value stream–aligned product organizations.
