I specialize in connecting content strategy, platform optimization, and advisor experience to drive measurable outcomes—whether through onboarding, training, or better access to the right tools at the right time.As Seismic Program Manager at CAPTRUST, I lead platform governance, taxonomy design, and adoption strategy across the firm. My role is equal parts builder and connector: I manage content lifecycle and structure, guide M&A onboarding efforts, and ensure our advisors can navigate complex tools with confidence. I partner closely with business line leaders, sales, SMEs, and training teams to align enablement resources with what advisors actually need on the ground.I’ve helped scale Seismic from pilot to a firmwide platform, launched enablement campaigns to increase engagement, and developed blended learning programs in collaboration with Sales Training & Operations.
