Senior Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) specialist and Project Manager with experience managing EIAs, environmental permits, and environmental monitoring during construction projects. My role at WSP (formerly Golder Associates Ltd, until 2023) consists of managing, preparing and reviewing technical reports, studies, and documentation for multi-disciplinary EIA and permitting projects, with a focus on the power, aggregate, mining and oil and gas sectors. I have experience and knowledge on both federal and provincial (Ontario, Atlantic Canada) EIAs, and associated legislation. My role also includes financial management of projects and leading stakeholder and Indigenous engagement programs. I\'ve been project manager for environmental monitoring programs implemented during construction and post-construction for new natural gas pipelines in the Greater Toronto Area. The environmental monitoring programs consisted of a wide variety of field programs, including continuous surface water quality monitoring, wildlife surveys, private well monitoring, and archaeological monitoring.
