I am a transformational leader with demonstrated success in running technology-enabled businesses, from start-ups to $12B+ revenue and employees. An engineer at heart, I love driving technology-led transformation and have navigated different waves of disruption including the internet, mobility, cloud, SaaS, and now AI. I am a well-rounded Senior Executive with a background in Engineering, Sales, IT, Operations, and Services. I currently lead the Product and Technology team at SentinelOne. Prior to this, I was COO at Dexterity (an AI Robotics start-up), Chief Development Officer at Anaplan (a high-growth SaaS business planning platform), and President and GM of HPE’s $8B Services business.I have also been an investor, consultant, and advisor. I have an active board portfolio, including three public companies (Aptiv, SentinelOne, SmartRent) and several non-profit boards (Cornell University, Latino Donor Collaborative).I am a life-long learner and have completed four Masters programs (Robotics and Control Systems, MBA/Technology Management, Software Management, Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy).
