Selling hearing aid products within the health care industry: establish strong industry relations, able to produce immediate client trust, superior customer service, and increase customer sales by implementing extensive product/market knowledge.Spend 1 hour with each client: developing a case history, learn about personal lifestyles and how their hearing loss effects them day to day, wax removal when needed, tympanometry testing, tinnitus assessments/treatments, complete 8 batteries of tests including auditory processing disorder assessments, provide results, demonstrate hearing aids and set proper expectations while providing various options/manufactures to fit their lifestyle before final sale. Provide intensive post-sales support in fitting the device: how to use, clean, battery insertion and removal, making minor changes as needed. Start with follow up appointments once a week for four weeks where aided testing and live speech mapping will be completed. Continued with follow up appointments every 3-4 months. Client is tested once a year.Assist in identifying and qualifying clients regarding insurance coverage and various options available to complete overall sales assistance and support.Complete 24 hours of continuing education to keep hearing aid dispensary license and complete ongoing continuing education for Miracle Ear with webinars and online testing.Member of: Hearing Healthcare Providers of Arizona, International Hearing SocietySTATE PROCTOR
