Act as the Subject Matter Expert for technical recruitment in LATAM. • Be responsible for 20+ highly competitive roles in technology. Work on all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from determining role requirements with hiring managers to extending an offer. • Interact with 300+ candidates from LATAM, Puerto Rico, and the US. • Conduct screening interviews to determine if candidates meet minimum requirements. • Conduct human resources interviews to gauge organizational fit. • Communicate effectively with headhunters, hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. • Lead the onboarding process for new employees in Colombia. • Collect and track payroll information for Colombia and Costa Rica and ensure timely deposits.• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in Occupational Health and Safety for Colombia and Costa Rica. • Serve as the main point of contact for employees in Colombia and Costa Rica by answering their questions and listening to their concerns. Manage confidential information sensitively. • Perform office management duties, such as reviewing computer inventory. • Thoroughly plan company-wide events in Colombia and Costa Rica by reserving flights, booking hotels, and organizing team building activities.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude in Psychology from Universidad de Los Andes with minors in Entrepreneurship and Philosophy. I am passionate about finding and managing exceptional talent, working as a strategic partner for organizations to drive their continuos growth and success. In addition, I am interested in research in behavioral economics, particularly related to decision-making processes that impact organizational behavior. Well-being in the workplace and its counterpart—burnout, stress, and anxiety—are also part of my research interests. I aspire to combine my research-oriented mindset and my passion for organizations to boost employee morale and engagement, and, consequently, increase job satisfaction and retention.
