Payroll-Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data-Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers-Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information-Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, terminations, leaves, transfers or promotions -Process hourly and salary payroll-Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests-Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes-Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed-Paychex, Prophesy Billing-Review and understand client billing instructions and software requirements-Prepare, review, edit and maintain monthly proformas for an assigned group of clients in accordance with the Firm’s existing policies and procedures -Finalize proformas into invoices and submit them using various methods including electronic uploading, email and postal service-Log any problem invoice submissions so they can be monitored and followed up on accordingly-Troubleshoot, communicate and resolve client invoice inquiries and proposed adjustments-Day to day tasks include invoice generation, data entry, researching, emailing, navigating through billing websites, printing, scanning, and filing. Other duties, as assigned.
