I’ve spent two decades navigating the intricate world of social impact and economic development. My journey began with my time in the Peace Corps where I worked as a Marketing Advisor in rural Guatemala. That experience opened my eyes to the power of community-driven initiatives and ignited my passion for creating meaningful change. Throughout my career at USAID, I\'ve had the privilege to serve in various capacities—from Portfolio Manager to Economic Growth Officer—each role reinforcing my belief that strategic partnerships can unlock extraordinary opportunities for growth. By fostering relationships with international finance institutions and donors, I\'ve been able to create pathways for sustainable economic development that truly matter. One of my proudest moments during this journey was leading a regional project that increased investment for the local private sector of emerging markets. I’ve helped mobilize millions in private capital by implementing innovative financial solutions tailored for small and medium businesses across the Western Balkans. Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring young professionals interested in social impact careers—sharing insights from both successes and challenges is something I find incredibly rewarding.
