I design complex products where multiple user groups have different needs and priorities.At Triad, I work on different types of projects. I\'ve launched a national tool serving 300+ local authorities (took it from failing prototype to 74 SUS, cut errors by 70%), led discovery work for new product initiatives, and facilitated educational workshops. I\'m also part of Next Tech Girls, helping young women understand the multiple paths into tech beyond just engineering.I focus on the messy parts: discovery when nobody\'s sure what to build, designing for mandatory accessibility requirements, untangling workflows for different user types.
