ABOUT ANA CAMILA A.

My career and training path starts with my personal story. I was adopted as a child. With an attitude and sensitivity towards psychological issues, I choosed to direct my studies in psychology, moving to Padua and Rome. From there I discovered that the conventional branch is not enough, my curiosity is driven by something else. I learned about the world of Human Resources with an internship in a company. I am passionate about organization and work. After a year of professional internship in Recruiting and Employer branding functions of Bulgari HR Dept. I continue my path in an international reality like EY, first in Milan and then in Rome, where I am responsible for profiles of the Assurance Service Line and I collaborate on various projects of Employer Branding, Onboarding, Learning and D&I. Fascinated by the impact of Digital Transformation in HR, continue my training with a Digital HR Master by Talent Garden School. I also obtained the qualification as an Occupational Psychologist and I enrollment in the Order of Psychologists of Lazio.Now I\'m continuing my career path in Alkemy, like People Business Partner & Wellbeing Specialist and improve my psyhological skills with Istituto Dedalus to become a psychoterapist.
