About Ana Belo

For the past 10 years, I have been an Executive Assistant to C-level, SVP and VP level Executives. Minimum of two to five maximum at time, managing their calendars and anticipating their business needs by attending pertinent meetings. I have come to learn that a big part of my success as an EA is due to the relationships that I create with other EA\'s, the Executives\' staff and those in other departments by making sure business projects and developments can happen in a timely manner which contributes to the company\'s success.More recently, I held a dual role and was a part of the Vendor Management team for the past 3 fiscal years. We managed vendor contracts for renewals, new contracts and onboarding new vendors. We assisted with the annual budget by collecting stakeholder needs for the year and working with vendors to secure rates within budgets and negotiate contract discounts. I had to work closely with Finance, Legal and InfoSec teams to get contracts pushed through the approval process.Aside from being an EA, I have been working towards the right work/life balance not only for myself but for those I work with. I have enjoyed contributing to a company\'s culture by driving team building, social and volunteer opportunities and wellness activities.
