I am a strong believer that people are the main driver of a company\' success. Therefore, my role is to enable people and businesses to grow together.With a strong background in Talent Acquisition and significant experience as an HR Business Partner, I have a deep understanding of different HR areas and organizational setups, which allows me to effectively deliver on different HR topics, and to establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. In 2018 I was invited by my previous client Volkswagen to start HR operations and complete employee lifecycle from scratch of the MAN Digital Hub in Lisbon, the software development center of MAN Truck & Bus — Volkswagen Group.In Huawei Research Center, I was responsible for the full cycle recruitment of 3 BUs Centers in the DACH area, as well as Employer Branding and Campus Recruitment Activities. My talent management efforts culminated in growing the Intelligent Cloud Technologies Laboratory to be the largest R&D department in Huawei’s entire European R&D organization.
