My career focus has been the visioning, design, testing, and delivery of highly reliable and breakthrough product solutions. I have complete command of the automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, DevOps, testing, and agile best practices strategies that improve the operational performance of products and accelerate customer value creation. And after product release, my goal is to enable exceptional customer support and prompt issue resolution. Among many signature accomplishments at Cisco, I led efforts that enabled Cisco to become the first company to release Encrypted Traffic Analytics to market on their new family of switches.
