As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I deliver end-to-end recruitment across the UK, EU, and US markets, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to support a rapidly growing, dynamic defence organisation.I focus on building efficient, scalable recruitment processes that reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate experience, while maintaining a high bar for quality.
