ACTIVITIES: Country program support: Provide technical assistance and partner management support to USAID staff (including those in USAID country missions, regional bureaus, and Office of HIV/AIDS,) on HIV care and treatment programming across the continuum of services, with particular focus on evidence-based interventions and innovations. Support USAID and USG groups working on other key functions relating to HIV care and treatment, including HIV case identification strategies, community support programming, differentiated service delivery, multi-month ARV dispensing, adherence and continuity of treatment support interventions. Also strengthen and share technical leadership on adult, maternal infant health and pediatric/adolecesnt hIV care and treatment services in the interagency and multi-lateral arenas. Have supported more than 20 country teams with technical assistance, implementing partner management support and development of new procurements.USAID implementing mechanism support: Have acted as Activity Manager for more than 40 USAID activities funded by central mechanisms including Project SOAR, HIVCORE, AIDSFREE, YOUTH POWER, HPP and TSP. Activity management included development of a SOW, timeframe and deliverables with concurrence from the implementing partner; working closely with the technical staff from the partner during implementation of activity; review and approval of the final deliverable of the activity; and support in dissemination of findings from the activity, including article publishing in peer reviewed literature.LEADERSHIP ROLES:Intra-USAID: Worked as the alternate Agent for the Contracting Officer for the USAID AIDSFREE central mechanism from 2017 to 2018 and the Agent for the Contracting Officer from 2018 to 2021 through its close out, with more than 13 country buy-ins and more than 20 centrally funded activities.
