I’ve spent 29 years in executive recruiting — and I still call it the career find of a lifetime.I started my career at Connecticut-based Hobson Associates, where I was mentored by legendary industry trainer Danny Cahill. I specialized in software sales and sales leadership recruiting and was honored as Rookie of the Year in 1998. Within five years, I became a Partner and later Director of Training, partnering with CEOs and VPs of Sales to scale high-growth technology teams.I’ve always been passionate about developing people. I co-founded the industry training company AccordingToDanny and have spoken at national and regional recruiting events, including NAPS and the Pinnacle Society Annual Meeting.In 2009, I joined Lucas Group as Director of Sales Operations, reporting directly to the CEO. In a dual role, I built the internal recruiting department from scratch — growing it into a national team supporting 80+ managers across 15 offices and 7 divisions. Over eight years, I hired and trained more than recruiters and leaders across Accounting & Finance, Legal, Technology, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, and Military Transition. I also designed and delivered a best-in-class New Associate Training Program. I was honored to receive the Presidential Award in both 2012 and 2019.I later joined Paul Bridges Group, continuing my focus on recruiting recruiters and staffing leadership nationwide.Today, I serve as VP of People and Development at Coda Search | Staffing. I recruit top producers across Technology, Accounting, Finance, and Fintech GTM, Professional Services, and Creative — and I lead training for every new Coda recruiter.What drives me? Relationships.
