As the Chief Strategy and Integration Officer at The COMMIT Foundation, I lead the development and implementation of the organization\'s vision, goals, and initiatives to empower veterans and their families to achieve personal and professional fulfillment. I bring over 11 years of experience in leadership and professional development training and curriculum design, as well as pursuing a Doctorate of Management in Executive Leadership My passion is to inspire others to reach their maximum potential, whether it is through delivering highly interactive and engaging courses to executive-level leaders, work teams, and other groups, or through mentoring and coaching individuals and organizations. I have designed and delivered professional development courses in various topics, such as leadership development, presentation skills, team building, strategic problem solving, executive management skills, and personality assessments. I am also a Bush Institute Stand To Veterans Leadership Program 2018 Scholar, and a certified trainer and facilitator for several nationally recognized programs and assessments.
