My career has been about driving real-world impact, whether through policy change, public engagement, or forging the partnerships no one else is thinking to make.I’ve led high-impact campaigns, including securing a major COVID-19 vaccination marketing contract at the height of the crisis. My coalition-building and community engagement helped make Illinois the first state in the nation to count the arts as a weighted measure on its school report card—blending data, advocacy, and communications to make arts education a statewide policy priority.From government agencies to philanthropic collaboratives, I’ve worked across public, private, and nonprofit sectors to push institutions beyond business-as-usual. I’ve doubled organizational budgets, led complex stakeholder coalitions, and advised executive leadership through both high-stakes moments and long-term strategy shifts.I bring rigor, urgency, and a systems-level mindset to everything I do.
