As a former Army Brat who moved frequently, I learned an important lesson at a young age: the people make the place. This lesson has been proven true time and time again everywhere I’ve been from advising student-led organizations on college campuses to developing and leading remote teams through a corporate restructure and pandemic at Stitch Fix to streamlining processes and boosting employee morale during mergers and rapid growth at EverTrue. Regardless of industry, company size, or location, I believe a business’s greatest asset is its people. Working in the strategic people space allows me to do what I do best: bring people together to achieve shared goals. As an HR professional, I excel in areas such as project management, coaching and mentoring, written communication, employee engagement, change management, and leadership. I aim to take a people-centric approach in everything I do to help individuals, teams, and organizations succeed.
