About Amy Rosenband
I\'m a mission-driven executive passionate about transforming complex policy into scalable, human-centered solutions that drive climate resilience and public good. Throughout my career, I’ve worked atthe intersection of public engagement, innovation, and strategic planning, where I’ve had the privilegeof leading nationally visible initiatives with public and private-sector partners. Navigating complexity and solving the most challenging problems has always come naturally to me. Iapproach these situations with creativity, clarity, and a deep respect for collaboration. I love thechallenge of aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals, translating high-level strategy into real-world action, and designing programs that not only inform but also inspire. As a leader, I strive to foster inclusive, future-focused environments where people invest in each other, ideas are elevated, and experimentation leads to meaningful impact.I’m especially drawn to work that lives in the “in-between” spaces, across sectors, across disciplines, across silos. Whether I’m advising on national resilience strategy, reimagining digital tools for publiclearning, or mentoring the next generation of changemakers, I aim to create the conditions for others todo their best work.
