Throughout my career, I’ve worked atthe intersection of public engagement, innovation, and strategic planning, where I’ve had the privilegeof leading nationally visible initiatives with public and private-sector partners. Navigating complexity and solving the most challenging problems has always come naturally to me. Iapproach these situations with creativity, clarity, and a deep respect for collaboration.    Innovation Lead, Resilience Action Partners (2021 - Present)In this role, I am part of the leadership team directing strategy, innovation and delivery for FEMA\'s Community Engagement and Risk Communications (CERC) contract. I oversee a series of innovative projects related to digital technology, augmented and virtual reality, and immersive and experiential learning. I partner with client stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact engagement initiatives aligned with enterprise goals. I also mentor, coach, and manage a multidisciplinary team of up to six leaders and 25+ project managers, technologists, and communication specialists within a collaborative culture rooted in creativity, equity, and professional growth.
