Exploring how gamification and games can help the UK make confident decisions with their money and build positive habits for their long-term financial future. My current role as the design researcher in Scottish Widows’ dynamic new games team puts me at the forefront of exploring, designing, and testing new gamification strategies that encourage long-term engagement and healthier financial behaviors.
