Plan, organize, staff and direct activities in Texas Children\'s Physician Service Organization\'s (TCPSO) Neurology clinical sections in collaboration with designated physician leaders. Activities include planning and performance management, performance improvement, coaching, staffing, budgeting, policies and procedures, onboarding and off boarding physicians and collaboration with Baylor College of Medicine on the section\'s research, residents and academic pursuits.• Built new and/or expansion business plans including the Multi-Disciplinary Intensive-Care Neurodevelopmental (MIND) Clinic and the Westwood Neurology Urgent Care Clinic.• Oversaw a summer intern in reviewing Neurology’s high no-show and cancellation rates.• Worked alongside the Blue Bird Circle of volunteers in both the clinic and the shop to support pediatric neurology research and treatment. Decreased the community cancellation rate in working with the Blue Birds to call and remind patients of their appointments. Hosted and lead quarterly meetings, tours of TCH and NRI and the annual holiday social. Crafted and applied for the annual Blue Bird Grant, leading to two awards totaling the largest amount they have given at 1.48m.• Assisted in the application and award process of the NBIADA COE.• Removed four barriers Neurology had from excelling in the US News & World Report for Neurosciences.• Improved physician wRVUs by leading initiatives such as split-shared billing, eConsults, adding F6 designation for Epileptology billing, physician and APP template reviews and expanding services APPs provide.• Work alongside the Neurology Research Institute, Neurology residents, fellows and interns and manage one of the two Resident/Fellow Education Program Coordinators.
