My goal with Trillium Hiring Services is to fix some of the broken aspects of the hiring process by using a data-driven, thoughtful, systems-thinking approach to hiring, especially for startups and new product orgs. Our team promotes a full picture system linking business needs to Talent Acquisition and HR strategies end to end.
