Amy Felix Polefrone, M.P.A, SPHR is an experienced leader and executive coach with more than 30 years of experience in management and human resources. She is the President/CEO of HR Strategy Group, LLC, a management and human resources consulting business that specializes in HR advisory services, executive coaching, customized training solutions, and crisis management situations. Amy has extensive experience working with clients in government, telecommunications, information technology, insurance, university, education and small business & non-profit enterprises. Amy received her Master’s in Public Administration from The American University in Washington, D.C, with a focus in international management and human resources. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resource Resources (SPHR) designation, the highest designation available to HR professionals. Additionally, she is a Certified Coach Practitioner through the Certified Coaches Federation. Amy enjoys working with executives and boards on tough problems - and identifying solutions that make sense for the organization and the upholds the dignity of the impacted individuals. Amy is actively involved with various community and professional organizations. She serves as the Chapter Secretary of the Howard County HR Society, Howard Tech Council, Maryland Center for Entrepreneurship, EnCorps Mentor Board, and past chair of Entrepreneur’s Exchange in Annapolis, Maryland.
