Known for building strong relationships and communicating with clarity, I thrive in fast-paced environments where integrity and impact matter.I’ve been Certified in Health Care Compliance since 2014, reflecting my commitment to ethics and continuous learning.What fuels me? Helping others, whether it’s mentoring a colleague, advising a business leader, or supporting healthier lives for patients and members. I’m never satisfied with “good enough.” There’s always a better way and I’m always learning.Outside of work? Recently married in the San Juan Mountains, I am now enjoying planning trips with my husband and cautiously learning to hike beyond Minnesota’s flat terrain. I’m grateful that my young adult sons still want to spend time with me — and my four-year-old Golden Retriever, Piper, has her own ideas about compliance, especially when it comes to leash walking and sharing couch space.
