Although I have over 30 years experience in sales, recruiting, and leadership development, my approach is anything but “old-school.” What I have found throughout my career, is that people learn best, and most importantly, remember WHAT they learn when they are entertained. My preferred training method is “edutainment” (education + entertainment!) I believe in people, oftentimes before they believe in themselves. I recognize and praise a job well done. By holding people accountable and helping them overcome obstacles, they reach their goals more quickly. I\'m not afraid of holding their feet to the fire. I can do this successfully because they know I genuinely care about them and want FOR them, not from them. I also know people won\'t always remember WHAT you said, but rather, HOW you made them feel.
