Member of the Bristol Myers Squibb Global Engineering & Facilities (GEF) leadership team providing strategic leadership for the Global Facilities Operations (GFO) Team covering a diverse portfolio of R&D, Product Development, Corporate Head Quarters and Commercial offices sites in North America, United Kingdom, Belgium and Switzerland. Lead a highly motivated GFO Leadership Team focused on delivering safe, effective and strategically aligned Facilities Services tailored to meet key stakeholder requirements. This includes managing in a matrixed organization to coordinate with Global Capital Project Engineering, Corporate EHS, Global Energy & Sustainability along with other Enabling Business Partners to develop and deliver enterprise solutions including playing a critical role in implementing Sustainability programs across the global footprint. This role is also responsible for developing, delivering and governing the global Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service delivery model which provides fit-for-purpose services options across a broad scope to a diverse site portfolio in North America and Europe. As a member of the GEF Leadership Team, collaborate with peers to manage a $700M OpEx P&L, deliver a Facilities Operations three year CapEx strategic plan, and create innovative programs to develop and retain future GEF Leaders.
