   I am currently responsible for the overall success and execution of critical Enterprise Level Projects, specifically Profitability Analysis, Training execution for all Departments within the organization, and Agent Residuals thus I manage projects simultaneously. I conduct research by reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing statistical data, proposals and administrative reports with a followup of preparing summaries, narrative analysis and recommendation. I facilitate, coordinate and fulfill any pertinent project challenges which include refining existing systems and products to help improve process and functionality. I also gauge the performances of the various teams and recommended areas that need improvement and possible changes to achieve targets and KPIs. I am in constant contact with executive leadership to provide additional support during times of high volume workload. All important tasks I assigned are assigned with clarity. A proper chain of work is being followed to avoid confusion during the various stages of project development
