I am a global brand and business leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth, innovation and a deep connection with consumers across sport and lifestyle. Currently, I serve as President of Nike, where I focus on unlocking growth across 12 distinct sports and shaping the future of the brand with an eye to the next generation of athletes*. Supported by a world-class team united by a genuine obsession with sport, I\'ve led across running, women\'s, sportswear, training, and merchandising. I’ve been fortunate to personally get a sense for how global Nike is, having overseen businesses across North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America and EMEA. Throughout, I’ve focused on executing strategies that bring creativity and operational excellence together to serve athletes around the world. That breadth gives me a unique view of this company: where we\'ve been, where the opportunities are, and what comes next. I’m personally passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders, building inclusive teams, and advancing opportunities for women in sport and business. I grew up playing soccer, softball, swimming, and basketball, and sport has never left my life.    Lead the Nike brand across 12 sports, 4 geographies (North America, Greater China, APLA, and EMEA), and teammates, driving the company\'s return to winning through a clear sport offense and a plan built around the athlete. Developed and launched the Nike Brand Plan, organizing the brand\'s future around bold innovation, new frontiers in sport and experience, and Nike\'s premium positioning.
