About Amy Mo
I’m a first-year student at Claremont McKenna College studying Public Policy and Economics, focused on how strategy translates into real-world behavior, participation, and trust. I work at the intersection of research, consulting, and industry. At Claremont, I contribute to projects through Pomona Consulting Group and the STATS Lab, where I apply quantitative analysis to real-world strategy questions. In parallel, I work with Reach Capacity on ticketing and growth operations across professional sports organizations, building live event offers, supporting outbound strategy, and analyzing how fan segmentation, distribution, and messaging drive revenue and engagement. Previously, I collaborated with the Vancouver School Board on AI literacy integration and led a cross-border debate initiative expanding academic access across North America and China. I also support global mentorship and outreach through the Pioneer Alumni Advisory Board. I’m particularly interested in the execution layer of strategy, where strong ideas succeed or fail based on incentives, distribution, and institutional design. Long term, I aim to work at the intersection of strategy, policy, and data, with a focus on building systems that are both analytically rigorous and effective in practice.
