Works closely with the Chief Integration Officer and all levels of the organization to ensure that companies are successfully joining the VC3 team. Responsible for developing the integration strategy, planning integration activities, deploying plans, conducting regular integration team meetings, tracking progress, reporting results and documenting the lessons learned from the integration. Oversees all aspects of “on-boarding” new companies. Plays a key role into VC3 Operations being modified to accommodate the integration of new team members/teams/functions/tools/geographies.
