ABOUT AMY MARZONIE

Amy Marzonie is a supply chain transformation executive with more than 20 years of experience improving operational performance across complex distribution networks, logistics organizations, and industrial supply chains.She currently serves as Managing Principal, North American Supply Chain at Ducker Carlisle, where she leads transformation engagements for Fortune 500 and private equity-backed organizations. Her work focuses on supply chain performance improvement through operational redesign, distribution network strategy, procurement optimization, and warehouse productivity initiatives.Across her career, Amy has delivered significant financial impact through large-scale supply chain improvement programs, including more than $30M in operational cost reduction opportunities identified in 2025 alone across procurement, transportation, and warehouse operations.Amy has led initiatives across complex supply chain networks, including an 11-facility omnichannel retail distribution network supporting thousands of employees and a multi-billion-dollar supply chain, as well as a 14-facility North American service parts distribution network for a major automotive OEM.Prior to Ducker Carlisle, Amy served as Director of Process and Operations Engineering at Nordstrom, leading supply chain engineering initiatives across its North American omnichannel fulfillment and distribution network.
