As a career coach, I help students and professionals identify and effectively market their unique skills by emphasizing the value they can bring to the organization. My passion for enhancing and developing the employment relationship is the driving force behind my work in both human resources and career services. In the classroom, I draw on my business experience to energize and engage students in their career development process.
